Flash Review – Mind in the Gap, by C.R. Dudley

Title: Mind in the Gap

Author: C.R. Dudley

Publisher: Orchid’s Lantern

An engrossing exploration into consciousness, identity, and reality itself, Mind in the Gap is a heavy and sometimes hallucinatory read. C.R. Dudley offers a layered multiverse populated by surreal and sometimes outrageous characters, in a sweeping narrative that is skillfully woven throughout all the seemingly disconnected stories. It’s a sometimes dizzying journey, sometimes verging on the overwhelming. I get the feeling I would find even more meaning, and deeper understanding, with a second read.

A weird, hallucinatory journey that’s definitely worth checking out.
