If you’ve been playing along at home, you may remember that once upon a time I wrote a book. It’s called Red Sky Blues, and it follows the misadventures of an unlikely hero on their less than well-intentioned quest to save their town. There’s magic and mayhem, cosmic gods of ruin and angels of death. There are zombie pigs. Anyways.
You may also remember that I was writing another book. Well, I wrote it. It has been written. That’s a good thing. What maybe isn’t, is that it currently hangs in a state of un-published limbo. It will not forever, though. Not only that, I’m currently seeking artists to work with to illustrate the new book. I’ve already gotten some art in, and it’s amazing. The new book is called Darkweird, and it is much bigger and stranger than Red Sky Blues. It is a much weirder, much darker kind of apocalypse. A weirdpocalypse, you could say.
And you may be interested to know that while Darkweird is being put through its paces and finalized to make sure it’s the absolute best it can be, I’ve also begun working on the third and final installment of my weird occult fantasy adventures. It’s called Sacred Engines, and it’s something like the apocryphal Book of Enoch meets Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
Anyways, that’s all for now.
Stay tuned.
